I am not speaking of Type 1 diabetes when the immune system destroys pancreatic beta cells. I am talking about adult-onset or Type 2 diabetes that accounts for 90% to 95% of all diagnosed cases of diabetes. That being said, each one of you has the ability to empower yourself, take action and make a dramatic change in your health! You have a choice to adapt a healthy, life affirming way of living now, or pay the price of disease and disability. My method simplifies some of the ancient practices of yoga and provides some powerful tools to combat and eliminate the causes of Type 2 diabetes.
